1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by the 1bit platform (website 1bit.vu and all its branches), you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1bit platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the 1bit platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• Not appearing on the self-exclusion list or gaming restriction program of any regulatory body.
• Register using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Have never had an account terminated by 1bit for a previous breach of terms.

3 Registration & Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 1bit platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different information, is a serious violation of these terms.

When registering, you are responsible for:

4 Deposits & Payments

The 1bit platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds to five minutes, depending on the method used.
• 1bit does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes within the 1bit platform and cannot be transferred to other users.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawals from your 1bit account are subject to the following conditions:

• An account must have completed the full identity verification (KYC) process before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits depend on your account level. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
• Successful withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to two business days for bank transfers.
• 1bit reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional offers, and rewards provided by 1bit are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer.
• The wagering requirement must be met in full before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• 1bit reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus believed to have been obtained through fraudulent means or system exploitation.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly exchanged for cash.

7 Game Rules

The general terms applicable to gameplay are as follows:

• Game results are final once a round has ended. No appeals can be made against completed game results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 1bit will endeavor to restore the game to its last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, the wager in question will be refunded to the player.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed in the game interface.
• 1bit is not liable for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the player's end.

8 Player Conduct

All 1bit users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
• Collusion between players to coordinate betting strategies for the purpose of exploiting the system.

• Uploading or distributing harmful content, including malware or malicious code.

• Any form of systematic abuse of the bonus or promotions system.

9 Account Closure

Players have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the 1bit customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three business days, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

1bit reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
